    I have just read an article where the rspca have lost an appeal of a senior councillor who they prosecuted whilst his dog was ill when he was on holiday, it seems that the rspca are currently losing case after case, they are sqwuandering donators hard earned cash on failing prosecutuions, this must end and end soon.
