Just saw this article, a RSPCA employee who works taking calls of cruelty cases was pissed whilst she watched her husband splat the familys pet budgie against the wall. He managed to kill it on the second attempt,she got the sack, WHAT NO PROSECUTION, surely she was complicit in the cruelty, Oh, that would be too much publicity wouldnt it.
