The BBC Inside Our report that an RSPCA prosecution is an enormous 26 times more likely to be appealed and twice as likely to have the prosecution thrown out compared to CPS prosecutions is both startling and alarming.
I would urge donators to really consider what their money is going to be spent on, prosecutions or animal welfare ? if its the latter, there are lots of other charities that hepl animals and dont persecute humans.
